Gokujou!! Mecha Mote Iinchou 01-02

Okay, this show is like a complete disaster. Crappy animation quality (why couldn’t they just stick to normal 2D?!), horrible voice acting, generic plot and cornyness everywhere! I mean, the premise on its own is just… bad. I can tell the game where our dear Mary Sue class president comes from doesn’t have a plot at all, because in the anime she’s just like this perfect character with no personality whatsoever!

07-Ghost 02

So the people who rescued Teito last week turn out to be bishops from some church on a place called the Seventh District (btw, what’s with their silly names? Castor? Labrador? xD). There, aside from getting pampered by the nuns, he learns some stuff about an evil shinigami named Verloren and how Heaven or whatever sent ‘The Seven Ghosts’ to fight against this dude. He’s also given some info about the war that happened some years ago where his ‘father’ got killed by that Ayanami guy but, nevertheless, he won’t be satisfied until he learns the whole truth.

DS game Higurashi Kizuna Dai-San-Kan Rasen PV.

A new trailer for the third installment of the DS videogame series, “Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kizuna”, can be found at the Famitsu.com website. The song used in this PV is called “光の空のクオリア” and it’s sung by Cyua. It’s a good song, I guess, although the weird chant they placed in there kinda creeps me out. o_o; Anyways, as much as I love Higurashi, I wasn’t particularly looking forward to this 3rd game… but this promo video managed to bring my interest back a bit.

Umineko no Naku Koro ni TV series airs this summer!

That’s what MoonPhase says anyways. As a fan of the games, I couldn’t be happier about this piece of news. SO EXCITED! But, damn, spring season has just recently begun, so I guess we still gotta wait a few months before it finally airs, huh. In the meantime, those who haven’t read the sound novels… avoid spoilers at all cost!

…Alright, so I’ve been told this isn’t a shounen-ai series, but with such an obvious setting it might as well be one! Regardless, BL or not, I’m still watching this show. P.S. Is it me, or does anime Teito look much younger than his manga counterpart?

Cross Game 01

Uh, major spoilers ahead, I guess.

Originally, I didn’t pay much attention to this series since I’m not really fond of sports anime, but I still went and watched the first episode anyways and now I suppose I gotta acknowledge this one had a decent start.

Soooo this was like 20 minutes full of angsting (Hocchan sure loves to work with these kind of roles lately, doesn’t she)… and then 5 minutes of HUGGING, KISSING AND GETTING MARRIED in the end. Isn’t that great! Aren’t you Shirakawa fans satisfied now! Of course not, THIS SUCKED!
